When you book a shipment or create an account, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and pickup/delivery addresses, along with shipment details (package description, weight, declared value) needed to process and deliver your shipment.
We use this information to book, route, and deliver shipments; to communicate shipment status; to process payments; and to provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
With permission, we collect approximate location data from drivers' devices to power live tracking, and pickup/delivery coordinates from the address you provide to calculate distance-based pricing and show shipments on a map.
We retain shipment and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
